This Privacy Policy explains how Campaign Verdict LLC ("CampaignVerdict", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the CampaignVerdict application and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who this policy covers

The Service is intended for advertising professionals, agencies, and businesses. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

3. How we use information

4. AI processing and sub-processors

To generate its analysis, CampaignVerdict uses third-party artificial-intelligence services. Specifically, campaign metrics and the context you provide may be sent to Anthropic, PBC (the provider of the Claude API) to produce the written diagnosis and recommendations. This data is transmitted to generate your result and is handled under Anthropic's applicable terms; it is not used by us to build advertising profiles about you.

We also rely on other service providers ("sub-processors") to run the Service, including cloud hosting and infrastructure providers. These providers process data only on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:

6. Data from Meta and Google

Our use of information received through the Meta and Google APIs adheres to those platforms' developer and API policies, including any applicable limited-use requirements. You can revoke our access at any time from your Meta Business settings or Google account permissions; doing so stops any further data access, and you may also ask us to delete data we have already received.

7. Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 9).

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email privacy@campaignverdict.com. You can also disconnect any linked ad account at any time to stop further data access.

10. International users

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
